I've probably done more miles in Germany than anywhere else but mainly overnight. Only had a couple of Holidays here over the years travelling on the FIP card etc. The photos are mainly taken in places near to the Rhine or in Bavaria. As usual my records are dire...if you know where the photos are taken please let me know!

For the past ten years or so we have averaged a holiday each year in Majorca. ten years is a very long time for the Mallorcan railways as some of these photos will show. First ones up are from 2007, photos taken with the DSLR. Older ones will be scanned in later.

In March 2002 I was lucky enough to have a trip to Denver Colorado. During the week there I had a great time and this collection is some of various photos taken.
Rio Grande, Union Pacific and BNSF trains, including a fantastic cab ride from Cheyenne to Rawlins. Thank you to Russ Sharpe, Neil Bennett and the Union Pacific RR. Further photos will be added as time allows, some of the images are rather large and will be edited smaller as time allows. Photos were taken on my now retired Pratica BC1 with some on a Canon Ixus APS camera. New photos are currently being added and the old ones re-edited for size etc as a result there are some duplicate images that will be deleted. Last updated 9/3/09

Various photos from the Rhaetian Bahn metre gauge railway system in Switzerland taken July 2006 and earlier trips during the 1980's and 90's. I will add further photos as time permits. Photos taken either on a Minolta Dynax5 using Fujichrome transparancy film or Fuji colour print film and scanned via my Canon 5200F or taken on a Sony 7 megapixel digital. Earlier photos taken on a Practica BC1 and scanned.
I have just purchased 48 slides of the RhB on eBay for next to nothing.... these will be progresively added as I get them scanned. Latest update 21/5/09.
